1. Template License Types
Templateum templates come with a single license option: only. Violating license may force us to close your account forever and ban you from registering new accounts, getting support, template updates or access to new templates, without a refund.
That won’t happen unless you decide to download our templates and resell them.
*Agency license allows use of templates for clients, where it is a part of your service, and not just reselling templates as they are. Reselling templates is not allowed and will result in closure of your account and possible lawsuit.
You may not give for free, resell, borrow, rent or anything similar unless stated otherwise, or if you have a written permission from Templateum.

1.1. Lifetime License
On certain occasions, a lifetime membership license might be available to the user for purchase. In this case, lifetime membership means access to Templateum products as long as the website exists.
2. Warranty
Templates sold and distributed by Templateum are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We tested all templates before putting them live for sale, on the latest version of Elementor Pro.
However, because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the templates will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using templates from Templateum.
Still, if your copy of Elementor Pro plugin is working without a problem, in 99.99% of cases, you won’t have problems with importing and using Templateum templates.
In any case you end up having issues, most of the problems will be related to the Elementor Pro itself, other WordPress plugins, WordPress installation itself, your hosting/server, or other similar reasons.
Feel free to contact us if you have any issues after installing our templates and we’ll at least direct you in the right direction, if we determine that the template alone is not the source of the issue.
3. Support
Templateum sells and distributes landing page templates and other products “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support for plugins sold and distributed by Templateum is only available for those who have an active, paid license.
Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.
Support and updates for Templateum templates and products are provided as long as Templateum is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, Templateum will no longer be responsible for providing support for Templateum products:
- Elementor Pro is no longer actively developed as a viable product under Elementor company.
- Templateum or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company
- WordPress is no longer actively developed.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our templates, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a time-frame that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

4. Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are not available for template downloads. However, if any of the templates were updated we will notify all of our customers through email.
5. Templates Delivery
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. You can download the template(s) by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the template and clicking on the appropriate link.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through support(at)templateum.com to request your purchase information.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
6. Ownership
All templates are the property of Templateum. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
Our templates and other products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our templates.
7. Website & Template Content
All content found on this site and throughout the templates including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is the property of Templateum and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
8. Price Changes
Templateum reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a template subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the template unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
Refund Eligibility Conditions:
- The purchase must have been made within the past 7 days.
- If you have installed the template and discovered that it does not match the provided description, you are eligible for a refund.
- If you encounter an issue that cannot be resolved and renders the template unusable, you are eligible for a refund.
- If you face difficulties during the installation process or while using the template’s basic functions, we will consider your refund request.
- You must have contacted our support team to attempt to resolve the issue or explain why the template is not suitable for your needs.
- If a refund is granted, you agree to deactivate and uninstall the template from your site.
- Refunds will be granted solely at our discretion.
Refund Ineligibility Conditions:
- If you downloaded a template but changed your mind or no longer wish to keep it, you are not eligible for a refund.
- If the template fails to meet your expectations, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Purchases made in error are not eligible for a refund.
- If you lack the necessary expertise to use the template, you do not have your own Elementor Pro subscription, you are not eligible for a refund.
- If you are entitled to a refund claim but do not provide sufficient information to support it, your refund request will be denied.
- If you can no longer access the template because it has been removed and you failed to download and save it, you are not eligible for a refund.
By purchasing template(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
10. Email
Templateum may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company.
We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to Templateum updates, promotions and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
11. License Agreement
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
12. Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
